How to Use a Forward Proxy?
To use a forward proxy, you need to configure your client device’s network settings to connect through the proxy server. The exact steps may vary depending on the operating system and the web browser you are using, but the general process involves the following:
1. Obtain the proxy server information, including the IP address and port number.
2. Open your network settings or browser settings.
3. Locate the proxy settings section.
4. Enter the proxy server IP address and port number.
5. Save the settings and restart your browser.
Once the settings are configured, all the internet requests from your client device will be routed through the forward proxy server.
